Merino wool’s complex structure locks odor molecules within the fiber and only releases them on washing. This ensures Merino wool resists unpleasant odors often experienced with other fibers.

We only use superfine (17.5 micron) Merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously silky soft, shirt that’s lighter and much softer than the average Merino or cotton shirt.     Very nice, but sadly fragile.

    I was really excited about these: nice, tall (!) fit, fabric feels and wears great. They have been wonderful for traveling -- work well in hot and moderate temps and don't retain body odor. To me that has justified the relatively high price.

    Unfortunately, the fabric seems to be really fragile -- I've worn mine sparingly and carefully (just city walking, no exercise or strenuous hiking for instance), with minimal washing cycles over a year or so (maybe three times total, always cold, gentle cycle). Nevertheless, both of my tees have developed holes on shoulder or chest.

    Nice to have a tall option

    My husband is 6ft but has a slightly longer torso and the tall option works better for him than the regular. Happy to be able to get him some nice quality merino t-shirts for traveling. Please offer them in more colors!
